Refund Policy

At Accountwala, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. If you cancel, you will not be billed for any additional terms of service, and service will continue until the end of the current Subscription Term.

2. Refunds for Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans, if you cancel within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked. After the 14-day period, refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis at our sole discretion.

3. Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to prevent future billing.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at billing@accountwala.in with your account details and the reason for the refund. We will review your request and process it within 5-7 business days.
